Valentine Crush
Ingredients
Vodka – 45 ml @absolutvodka_us
Grenadine syrup – 15 ml
Lemon juice – 15 ml
Dry White Wine – 45 ml
Sprite – to top it up
Strawberries – to garnish

Preparation Method
Pour Vodka/Grenadine/Lemon juice/Wine in a mixing glass. Shake it with ice. Pour it in a hurricane glass with ice & top it up with Sprite. Garnish it with strawberry cuts & wedges Sip & enjoy

Boston Sour
Boston Sour is a fantastic drink with whiskey, lemon juice, sugar & egg white.

Minus the egg white, it’s the conventional Whiskey Sour.
.
And if you float full-bodied red wine to a whiskey sour concoction, then what you have is the New York Sour.

Mine this evening is the Boston Sour.

Ingredients
Bourbon – 45 ml
Fresh lemon juice – 20 ml Sugar syrup – 10 ml
Egg white – 10 ml
Cubed ice
To garnish: Strawberry and an orange slice

Preparation Method
Dry Shake all for 15 seconds & then shake it hard with ice for about 20 seconds to chill the liquid really well.
Strain the mix into a old fashioned glass filled with ice and garnish with the strawberry and orange slice.

Strawberry & Gin Mojito
Ingredients
Gin – 45 ml @greaterthangin
Lemon juice – 10 ml
Orange juice – 10 ml
Lime Cordial – 20 ml
Tonic Water – to top
Fresh Strawberry- 3 nos.

Preparation Method
Slice the strawberries in cubes and drop in a low-ball rock glass along with Lemon, Orange juice & the Lime Cordial. Muddle it gently. Pour in the Gin. Stir it well. Drop the ice cubes & few slices of strawberry & top it up with Tonic water. Garnish with a slice of Strawberry. There we have the Strawberry Gin Mojito ready to SIP!
